OUR STORY

RODEO DONUTS was created by a handful of genius bakers at Cupcake Royale who were craving a really great, fresh from the fryer donut. Nicki Kerbs, pastry chef at Rodeo Donuts, is the master behind this idea. “We want to change the way Seattle looks at donuts by starting over and building it the way we want to enjoy a donut. Brioche dough that’s so light and not too sweet, glazes that are made fresh daily from fresh ingredients and building mouth-watering flavor concoctions that go so far beyond a maple bar or apple fritter. And of course, they will be fresh from the fryer and sold within a few hours!” Rodeo Donut will apply the same values that resonate so deeply with Cupcake Royale. Sourcing fresh ingredients from farms in the Pacific Northwest, hand making donuts from scratch made brioche dough and delivering utter JOY through wholesome baked goods.
